The issue at hand is the draining of Lake Powell.

Some assert that the lake is necessary and good, and should be kept.

Others maintain that the lake is harmful and unnessasary, and should be allowed to return to it's orrignal state.

Until I am satisfied that I have explored all substantive viewpoints and perspectives, and investigated and as much primary source evidence as possible, I will continue to present data, perspectives, and conclusions in this forum.
